A North Dakota jury on Wednesday found Greenpeace must pay hundreds of millions of dollars to a pipeline company in connection with protests against the Dakota Access oil pipeline.

The jury found Greenpeace liable for defamation and other claims and awarded Dallas-based Energy Transfer and subsidiary Dakota Access more than $650 million in damages.

The lawsuit accused Netherlands-based Greenpeace International, Greenpeace USA and funding arm Greenpeace Fund Inc. of defamation, trespass, nuisance, civil conspiracy and other acts.

People who are into games today generally know the term “walking sim.” It seems to have cropped up around the time of Dear Esther in 2012, a first-person adventure game in which you explore the Scottish countryside on foot, triggering memories of your lost loved one. To be fair, the game does mostly involve walking around, but there was a time when calling a game a “walking sim” was meant by some as a dig against it. Variety is reporting that a TV series adaptation of the Dark Horse comic and Zack Snyder film 300 is in early development at Warner Bros. Television. While plot details are still being worked out, sources say the show would act as a prequel to the 2006 film.

No writer or stars are currently attached to the project and deals are still being negotiated, but Zack Snyder, who directed and co-wrote his film adaption, is in talks to direct and executive produce the series. His wife and collaborator Deborah Snyder, who served as executive produced for the film, would also return as an executive producer under her and Zack’s Stone Quarry production banner.
